You have 14 days since we have delivered your item to decide if you want to return it. If 14 days have gone by since the item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Unfortunately, once the item has been shipped it is out of our hands. Please contact your local post office. Further action may be required in example filling a police report for theft as "Porch Piracy" is on the rise. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we cannot offer a refund in this case.
Please make sure you have entered the correct mailing address, if you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect mailing address that you provided, a refund is not applicable.
If the parcel is returned because the buyer failed or refused to pay the destination Country's import taxes and duties we cannot offer a refund in this case.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacements (if applicable)
In the case that you received an item that is the wrong size, color, or style, please contact us at email@example.com and we will arrange a replacement for you after the wrong item is returned and received by us.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address on the parcel's label.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
