      Where do you ship from?

      All orders are shipped from the UK.

       

      How do I pay in my currency?

      Our website is in GBP (pound sterling) by default, you can switch the currency by clicking on the top left where it says GBP and change it to your local currency.

      How do I know what size to get?

      The best way to know is to check the size guide provided in every product. After you check it, compare it to your own measurements and you will get an accurate fit. 

       

      Do you ship to my country?

      Yes, of course! We ship worldwide.

       

      Has my order shipped?

      We'll send you an e-mail when your order has shipped, generally within 5 to 7 working days since your order. If you haven't received your e-mail after more than 7 days, check the spam section and if it isn't there please contact us. 

       

      How long will it take to arrive?

      Orders are generally dispatched within 5-7 working days, and depending where you are it could take:

      STANDARD SHIPPING
      EUROPE  14 - 20 WORKING DAYS
      AUSTRALIA & USA  20 - 25 WORKING DAYS
      REST OF THE WORLD  20 - 25 WORKING DAYS

       Please do not count weekends and holidays.

       

      The item I want is sold out, when it will be restocked?

      Sometimes our merch sells really fast, don't worry though, we'll restock it as soon as possible, you can contact us as well for more information.

       

      Can I cancel my order?

      Yes, but you have to be fast. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. To cancel an order please contact us at info@momokakkoii.co.uk

       

      Can I return an item? 

      Yes. To be eligible for a return, you have to return it before 14 days since it was delivered and also your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For more information about this check our Return Policy

       

      I received the wrong item / order was missing something

      If you ordered something and didn't arrive or got the wrong item, please contact us at info@momokakkoii.co.uk and send us pictures and we'll sort it out for you.
