First we’ll process your payment, after this the item(s) you bought will be prepared for dispatch, then we’ll dispatch them usually up to 5 working days from the day you made the purchase but on peak periods it could take 7 working days, we always try to make this kind of waiting period as rare as possible.
Then we will send you an email notifying you that your item has been shipped and on its way to you.
The item or items will be sent to the address that you have in your Momokakkoii website account or the address that you typed at the moment of check out in case you decide not to create a Momokakkoii website account, so please make sure you keep this address up to date and that it has a house number, a street name, postal code and that it is the correct address where you want your items to be delivered.

We provide delivery estimates and it depends on the place where you want the items delivered, we ship everywhere in the world.

Please be aware that we do our best to abide by our delivery estimates and provide the quickest and most efficient service but sometimes delays do happen.
If after a few days past the delivery estimates you have not received your items yet, please do the following:
Please check again that the delivery address of your order is the correct one.
Please check if a red card saying they couldn't deliver your items and that it's being held at the post office, it's also wise to check with the neighbors and nearby areas if you still cannot find your item then please call the post office.
If none of this works, please send us an email and we will try our best to resolve the situation.
International buyers please be aware that we have no control over local delivery services, they vary a lot depending on the area where you reside.
Delays may be due to slow local delivery services, checks at customs or busy periods of the year i.e. Local Holidays etc.
IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
You are responsible for any import duty or tax that may apply to orders outside the UK. This does not refer to shipping charge but to any legal requirements decided by the governing law where you reside. Any order refused by customers due to these charges will be liable for all costs shipping the order back, including the original cost of the shipping, the costs of shipping are non-refundable.
Note in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
All our prices are in GBP (Great Britain Pound) if you make a purchase from outside the UK your bank or credit card company will convert the purchase into your local currency at the exchange rate of the moment. With a simple Google search, you can find out how much that exchange rate will approximately be.
By placing an order at Momokakkoii.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Momokakkoii in case you need to make a return. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Momokakkoii mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
